The questions people arrive with

How do I start using AI agents in sales without legal blocking it?

Last updated

In short

Stop asking one person to sign off everything. Give each thing the agent relies on its own named owner, so legal signs off the terms, your head of sales signs off the discounts and your sales operations team signs off the data, and then show all of them what the agent really says.

Projects get stuck because approving an agent means signing off things you can't see. A head of sales can answer for discounts. They can't answer for whether the security page on your website is up to date.

This page is about rolling out agents across your sales team. To get one agent through a review, read How do I get an AI agent approved by legal?

The order that works

  1. Write down what the agent will rely on, one fact at a time, with an owner on each. For most companies this takes about an afternoon. The gaps you find while doing it are the useful part.
  2. Agree what it may promise. Make a separate choice for each kind of promise. A few things are never allowed for any agent, and that answers the first question legal usually asks.
  3. Run it and watch before you allow more. The agent checks before it acts, and everything is written down. A few weeks of this gives you real evidence you can show people.
  4. Show legal what actually happened, so they are judging real messages. Then let the agent do more as it earns it.

Where Reynforce fits

Reynforce's Facts, Rules and Activity pages are the things to bring. The 7-Day Agent Approval is us doing this with you. If your agent is not approved in 30 days, you don't pay, as long as you finish your part of the setup.

When Reynforce is the wrong choice

What it costs

£99 a month for each agent for your first 10 agents, and £79 a month for each one after that, up to 49. If you pay for a year at once, you get two months free. From 50 agents, we agree a price with you on a call. The 7-Day Agent Approval is paid once, and the price depends on the agent's job: £2,500, £4,500 or £7,000. Pricing has the detail.
