A product sheet goes out of date all at once, as one document. Imagine the certification was renewed, an integration was switched off and the uptime figure is from last year. Every agent reading that sheet repeats all of it with the same confidence.
This page is about keeping true facts up to date. If an agent invents features, read How do I stop an AI agent making up product features?
One fact at a time, with a name on it
- One fact for each thing you say. SSO with Okta and Entra ID and SOC 2 Type II are two separate facts with two owners, even if they sit in the same paragraph today.
- A person who can answer for it. Name one person, because the product team is too vague. If nobody owns a fact, no agent uses it.
- A check date the owner chooses, with a reminder before it comes round. A certification works differently. Someone outside your company sets its renewal date, and renewing takes months, so the reminder comes well ahead.
What happens when nobody checks
The fact becomes overdue as soon as its date passes. Nobody has to do anything for that to happen. Agents stop using it and tell buyers they will confirm instead. The agent did nothing wrong. The information went out of date. You can see which fact it is and who owns it.
What we haven't tested yet
We measured once how long it takes to write your facts down, and it took about an afternoon. We have not yet tested whether owners keep confirming their facts month after month.
Where Reynforce fits
The Facts page in Reynforce is that list. To get you started, Reynforce can suggest facts from your own web pages and documents, and each one stays a suggestion until a person accepts it. Every fact shows its owner and when it was last checked. Overdue facts stay on the list with a mark, where you can see them.
When Reynforce is the wrong choice
- You only have a handful of facts, and they never change. A shared document with a review date is enough.
- Nobody in your company will agree to own a fact. Then the problem is ownership, and software can't fix that by itself.
What it costs
£99 a month for each agent for your first 10 agents. After that it is £79 a month for each agent, up to 49 agents. If you pay for a year at once, you get two months free. If you want us to set it up and get it signed off with you, that starts at £2,500, paid once, and the price depends on the agent's job. Pricing has the rest.
