An AI SDR is an AI agent that writes to new buyers for your sales team. Most teams start by pasting the price list into the agent's instructions. That works until your prices change. The instructions still hold the old price, nothing tells the agent it is old, and it quotes it as if it were right.
This page is about setting prices up before an agent starts. Is it already quoting wrong prices? Read How do I stop my AI SDR quoting the wrong price?
What to give the agent, and what to keep back
| give it | keep back |
|---|---|
| your list prices, one fact each, each with an owner | any price nobody has checked since your prices last changed |
| what each plan includes | prices that only one person knows are out of date |
| the discount range it may suggest from, and who owns that range | the power to agree a final number |
| what a change would depend on, in plain words | where your approval limits are |
The last row matters more than it seems. Say your rule is anything over fifteen percent needs the deal desk. That is true, and if the agent says it, the buyer now knows exactly how far to push. The agent should say it will check and come back to them, and leave it there.
What happens when a price changes
The person who owns the price updates the fact. Every agent gets the new price the next time it asks. The old price stays in the record, next to every quote that used it while it was right. So if a buyer quotes the old price back to you, you can see what was said and when.
Where Reynforce fits
You keep your prices and discount ranges on the Facts page, each with an owner. On the Rules page you choose, for each kind of work, whether an agent may offer a discount, must ask a person first, or may never offer one. Every quote shows up on the Activity page, next to the price it used.
When Reynforce is the wrong choice
- Your agent never says a price. If it already sends every price question to a person, you have solved this already.
- Every price you give is a custom quote. Then a quoting tool is the right way to control it. Reynforce can still hold your list prices and terms.
What it costs
£99 a month for each agent for your first 10 agents. After that it is £79 a month for each agent, up to 49 agents. If you pay for a year at once, you get two months free. If you want us to set it up and get it signed off with you, that starts at £2,500, paid once, and the price depends on the agent's job. Pricing has the rest.
