# Get help with Reynforce

**Email [support@reynforce.com](mailto:support@reynforce.com?subject=Reynforce%20support) and a person reads it.** Say which workspace, what you were doing and what
you saw, and we can usually answer from that alone.

There is no ticket form and no chatbot in front of it.

## What to put in the message

- **Your workspace's address.** It is on your workspace's **Settings** page
and looks like `https://app.reynforce.com/t/<your workspace>`. The part after
  `/t/` is enough.
- **Where you were.** In Claude, in ChatGPT, in Copilot Studio, from your own
agent, or on your workspace's own screen.
- **What you saw, word for word.** Copy the message rather than describing it.
  A screenshot is fine.
- **Roughly when**, with your time zone.

## What never to send

- **An agent key.** If you have pasted one into an email or a chat, revoke it on
your workspace's keys screen and issue a new one. A key we have been sent is a
key somebody else could have been sent too.
- **Your buyers' messages or data**, beyond the one sentence you are asking
  about.
- **A password.** We never ask for one. Sign-in goes through your own work
  account.

## Before you write: the usual answers

| What you see | Where the answer is |
|---|---|
| Claude says *"Couldn't register with reynforce's sign-in service"* | [Use Reynforce in Claude](use-in-claude.html), *If it does not work*. It is ours, not yours |
| ChatGPT will not connect, or a member cannot see the app | [Use Reynforce in ChatGPT](use-in-chatgpt.html) |
| Copilot Studio refuses the key or the sign-in | [Use Reynforce in Copilot Studio](use-in-copilot-studio.html) |
| Your own agent gets a `401`, or an empty tool list | [Connecting an agent](reference-connecting.html), *The three things that go wrong at the door* |
| A line in your register is wrong | Not a support question. Contest the line on your workspace's screen, and its owner settles it |
