# Reynforce and Responsive

**Responsive brings your approved answers into ChatGPT, Claude and Copilot,
so the person drafting a reply works from content you trust. Reynforce is
the check your AI agent makes before it promises a buyer anything, and the
record of what it promised.**

## The problem

> **Example: the draft nobody reviews.** A person drafting an RFP answer in
> an AI assistant reads it before it goes. Your outbound agent doesn't have a
> person. It writes "Yes, we can have you live by March" and sends it.
> Nobody agreed March.

Good source material helps the person drafting. An agent writing on its own
also needs to know what it may promise, and someone needs to see what it did.

## What Responsive does

Responsive is an answer library for proposals and sales, and it now reaches
AI assistants. In its own words: "Responsive connects ChatGPT, Claude, and
Copilot to your governed knowledge base via the Responsive MCP Server."

The assistant can "search the approved library" and "generate drafts
grounded in that content". "Permissions and identity follow the user." And
"Reviewers can tell where an answer came from, how confident the system is,
and which library entries grounded it."

The people in the loop are explicit: "They review, push edits, and move on."

## What Reynforce does

1. **A list of what's true about your company.** Every line has a named owner
and the date someone last checked it. A line nobody has checked in too long
is flagged as overdue, and the agent says it will confirm instead.
2. **Rules for each agent.** What it may promise on its own, what needs a
person first, and what it may never say.
3. **A record of every promise.** Which agent said what to which buyer, what
it relied on, and whether it was allowed. Kept so nobody can edit it.

> **Example: "We can have you live by March."** Your agent wants to say it.
> Your rules say an agent never promises a date unless something is in place
> to keep it. Reynforce says no, and the agent tells the buyer what the date
> depends on and who will confirm it.

## Side by side

| Who it helps | The person drafting in an AI assistant | The AI agent writing to buyers on its own |
| The question | What does our approved library say about this? | May this agent promise this, and does someone stand behind it today? |

| What you have afterwards | Drafts you can trace to library entries | A record of every promise made in your name |

## Our view

**We like that Responsive meets people inside the AI tools they already
use.** For proposal and sales teams drafting with an assistant, it's a
sensible way to keep answers grounded.

Our view is that drafting help and promise control are different jobs.
When a person reviews every draft, the library is the safeguard. When an
agent sends on its own, you need rules about what it may promise and a
record of what it did. That's Reynforce.

Both connect over MCP, so one assistant could hold both: Responsive for
drafting from the library, Reynforce for the check before a promise goes out.

> **The short version:** Responsive helps a person write the answer.
> Reynforce decides whether an agent may promise it.
