Reynforce and Oversai
Oversai reads what your AI agents say and flags replies that go off-brand or promise things nobody signed off. Reynforce gives your agents the list of what your company actually stands behind, checks each promise against it, and keeps a record of every one.
The problem
Catching a bad promise is half the job. The other half is knowing what a good one looks like.
What Oversai does
Oversai checks the quality of what AI agents say to customers. In its own words, "Every conversation is analyzed by our AI evaluators, not just a small sample." It names the risk plainly: "AI makes product claims or promises not approved by your marketing or legal teams."
It checks replies against "Predefined rules" and your business data, and says it can scan responses "before they reach customers". Reviewers get "inspectable evidence, alerts, and human review".
It's a strong tool for customer experience teams who want to score every conversation.
What Reynforce does
- A list of what's true about your company. Prices, discount limits, what each plan includes, what you're certified for. Every line has a named owner and the date someone last checked it.
- Rules for each agent. What it may promise on its own, what needs a person first, and what it may never say.
- A record of every promise. What was said, to whom, what it relied on, and whether it was allowed. Kept so nobody can edit it.

|---|---|---|
| The question | Is this reply on brand, accurate and safe? | Is this promise one somebody stands behind today? |
| What it checks against | Rules and business data | A list where every line has an owner and a date |
| What it judges | Tone, accuracy, sentiment, risk | Only what was promised, and whether it was allowed |
| What you have afterwards | Scores, flags and evidence for review | A record of every promise made in your name |
| Who it's built for | Customer experience and quality teams | The head of sales or RevOps |
Our view
We think Oversai and Reynforce come at the same problem from opposite ends. Oversai starts from the conversation and asks whether it went well. Reynforce starts from your company and asks what it is willing to stand behind.
If tone and quality across every conversation is your worry, Oversai is built for that. If your worry is an agent agreeing a price, a date or a feature nobody signed off, start with Reynforce. A company could sensibly run both: Reynforce's list is exactly the kind of source a quality check needs to check against.
The short version: Oversai tells you a reply looked risky. Reynforce tells you whether it was yours to promise, and who says so.
