# Reynforce for GTM agencies

**If you build and run agents for your clients, Reynforce is what lets you
hand a client's agent real work without their legal team stopping it.** Your
client holds the account and is billed directly; you are a named person in
their workspace, with the access they give you.

## What it changes about an engagement

An agent that answers a buyer makes commitments on your client's behalf. The
question that stalls an engagement is not whether the agent works — it is who
is accountable for what it said.

| | |
|---|---|
| **Every commitment is recorded** | what was promised, by which agent, under whose authority, with the sentence it was promised in |
| **Your client's own claims have owners** | a price, a certification, a date: each with a named person and a date it was last confirmed |
| **An agent cannot repeat a claim nobody stands behind** | it escalates and tells the buyer, which is a sentence rather than a silence |

**What that is worth to you**: the conversation with your client's legal or
security team becomes a demonstration rather than an argument, and it happens
once rather than at every expansion.

## How you are in it

**Your client holds the account.** Always, and it is not a commercial
preference — the register is their record of what their own company stands
behind, and an agency holding it would mean you deciding which of your
client's claims are current. That is the thing their legal team was worried
about.

**You are a person in their directory**, with the roles they grant. So your
access ends when they end it rather than when somebody remembers, and
everything you do is recorded under your own name — which is a stronger
position than invisibility when somebody asks what the agency did.

**There is no partner portal and there are no tiers.** A portal would be a
second place your clients exist. A tier is a promise about volume nobody has
made.

## What it costs, and what you get

Your client pays the ordinary price. **Our opening offer to an agency is a
share of the first twelve months**, and the figure is in the one-page kit we
will send you rather than on this page — because a number on a public page is
a term you would be right to quote back, and this one is an opening offer
rather than a ceiling.

## If you build AI SDRs or agent platforms rather than engagements

**The same thing, one layer along: your customers need to show what your agent
committed to.** If you sell an agent that talks to buyers, the objection you
meet is the one above — and a check your agent calls before it promises, with
a record of what it promised, is an answer you can point at rather than a
policy document. [Book a call](mailto:callum@reynforce.com?subject=Reynforce%20%E2%80%94%20a%20call)
and we will tell you what it would take.

## What we will not do

| | |
|---|---|
| **bill you and let you rebill** | we would owe the register to you and you would owe it to your client. The record has to be theirs |
| **take our name off it** | a buyer cannot check a promise against a record they cannot see, and being checkable is the whole product |
| **name you on this page** | not until you say we may. There are no logos here and there will not be any we were not given |

## What is honest about this today

**No agency has run this yet.** Nothing has been written up, no partner is
named anywhere, and there is no number for how long an approval takes with
Reynforce in front of it, because nobody has measured one. What there is: a product that
records every commitment, a register with owners and dates, and a one-page kit
that says what we would ask of each other.
