How many AI agents can safely contact the same account?

Last updated

In short

The number of agents matters less than the total number of messages and calls a buyer gets from all of them together, and almost nobody can see that total. Every agent, email sequence and person reaching the same buyer adds to it, so the total is what needs a limit.

Picture two agents, a marketing email sequence and a salesperson all working one account, meaning one customer company. None of them can see what the others are doing. Each one stays inside its own limit, and the buyer gets all of it added together.

This page is about many agents working one company. For how often to email one person, read How often should an AI agent email the same person?

Count each person, limit each deal, watch the whole account

Putting the limit on the whole account is the tempting mistake. If you do, activity in one region can block another region that is working a different deal with different people. Support stays outside the count, because nobody should be held back from answering a customer's problem.

Who sets the numbers

You do. A good limit depends on the kind of work, how far along the deal is, the channel, and how senior the person is. What you need from a tool is the total across every system, because no single system can see it.

Where Reynforce fits

Every contact your agents check with Reynforce counts against the person, the deal and the account. You set contact limits on the Rules page. Reynforce tells you what it can't see. Until you tell it which other systems send to your buyers, it marks the total as partial, so a part is never passed off as the whole.

When Reynforce is the wrong choice

What it costs

£99 a month for each agent for your first 10 agents. After that it is £79 a month for each agent, up to 49 agents. If you pay for a year at once, you get two months free. If you want us to set it up and get it signed off with you, that starts at £2,500, paid once, and the price depends on the agent's job. Pricing has the rest.
