# For heads of sales and RevOps

**See everything your agents have promised in one place, with a named owner on every fact they are allowed to repeat.** You decide how much each agent may do, and your facts decide what it may say is true.

The question you are being asked is about what happens when an agent
promises a customer something you can't do. Most companies can't
answer it. The promise sits in an email thread, and the fact behind it sits
in a slide deck.

## What you get

**Facts.** Everything your company says about itself: prices, what each
plan includes, which tools you connect to, certifications and standard
terms. Each fact shows who owns it and when they last checked it. If a
check is overdue, the fact says so. If nobody owns a fact, it is flagged
and your agents don't use it.

**Rules.** For each agent, you set what it may promise on its own, what it
must ask a person about first, and what it may never say. A person signs
the rules off. Later, that sign-off is what you point to.

**Activity.** Every promise made in your company's name, as it happens. You
see what was said, which agent said it, what it relied on, and whether the
promise is still open. So when a customer says *you told us March*, you can
look it up.

**Home.** What needs you today. This means approvals waiting for you, facts
that are overdue for a check, and promises nobody has closed. Approval
requests also reach you by email, Slack or text.

## What you can see here that you can't see anywhere else

- **Which facts are overdue for a check**, and who owns each one.
- **Which promises are still open**, so a renewal holds no surprises.
- **How often each buyer is being contacted**, counting every agent.

**It won't tell you how a rep is doing.** If a report like this gets used to
judge people, they stop correcting the agent. Then you lose the very signal
that tells you something is wrong.

## When Reynforce is the wrong choice

- **You have one agent, or none yet.** Reynforce pays off when several
agents and people talk to the same buyers. If you're just looking around,
  start with our [free audit](/free-audit.html).
- **Every message must be perfect and written by hand.** If that's how you
work, keep people writing them. Agents don't suit you yet, and neither do
  we.
- **You want a tool that coaches your reps.** Look at conversation
intelligence tools for that. Reynforce only looks at what agents promise.

## What it costs

**£99 per agent a month** for your first 10 agents, and **£79** for each one
after that, up to 49. Pay yearly and you get two months free. From 50 agents
we agree a price on a call. If you'd like us to set it up with you, the
**7-Day Agent Approval** is a one-off payment from £2,500, priced by the
agent's job. Your agent is approved within 30 days or you don't pay, as long
as you do your part of the setup. Cancel any time; 14 days free, and no card is needed.
