It also needs to know who owned each fact at the time. The table below shows why each part matters.
This page is about checking what all your agents have said. To answer one customer, read How do I prove to a customer what our AI agent said?
What does each entry need?
| what | why you can't work it out later |
|---|---|
| what was said, and to whom | the email thread may be gone, or sit in a tool you've stopped using |
| which agent said it | agents get renamed, and their keys get swapped for new ones |
| the fact it relied on, as it read at the time | someone may have changed the fact since |
| who owned that fact at the time | people change jobs. The head of sales approved it means little if it points to whoever has the job today |
| the rules it was following | the rules may have changed since |
| whether it was allowed, or sent to a person to approve | that depends on everything above, as it was on that day |
Which questions should I start with?
- Which promises are still open? Those are the ones a customer will come back about.
- Which promises relied on a fact that was out of date, or had no owner, at the time? Nobody could have stood behind those.
- What did our agents tell this customer, in order? That's where a renewal talk or an argument starts.
How Reynforce helps
Every check an agent makes is written into Activity as it happens. The entry keeps:
- what the agent said, and which agent it was
- the fact it relied on, and how that fact stood at the time
- the rules that applied
- the answer it got
If you connect some of your sending tools, Reynforce can also look back over their last 30 days. So your audit doesn't have to start on the day you signed up.
It tells you what it can't see. If an agent sent a promise without checking first, that promise isn't in the record. An honest audit says so, so it doesn't look more complete than it is.
When Reynforce is the wrong choice
- You need to check calls your people made. A call recording tool does that job.
- You need a full copy of every message, for compliance. Reynforce keeps the sentence a promise was made in. It doesn't keep all your emails. Use your email archive for that.
What it costs
£99 per agent a month for your first 10 agents. After that it's £79 for each agent, up to 49. If you pay for a year at once, you get two months free. If you'd like us to do the setup and sign-off with you, that starts at £2,500, paid once, and the price depends on the agent's job. Pricing has the rest.
